DCL and EDRU (European Deaf Referees Union) have signed a MoU today (19th April) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Dartford Bridge. The MoU aims to enable Deaf Referees to be present as representatives of EDRU in the DCL Football, Futsal and U21 (Men and Women). We hope that the EDRU and the Deaf Referees continues the good work towards developing the deaf referees to higher levels.
